If we don't know what it says we don't know if it is good, bad or a hoax. if you don't know the source, you have to wonder why it was sent to you out of all the people in this world. I hold shares and received no communication, so it didn't go out to the shareholders. Possibly it comes from someone whom you have conversed with and provided your em or one of the touting sources wanting to encourage you to split with more of your cash. We won't know unless you open it. Why not forward it to a yahoo acct or some other online acct and open it there?
