your right about this level thing.....they got alot more at .06 and .065 lol lol lol
so if they are not doing that. then how else can one explain the continued buying pressure with no pps rise.

This is a screaming buy at these prices. We'll be sitting pretty in a few months from now with summer driving season and oil hovering near $70 or higher per barrel.
