Yep,sit back,do nothing,and allow the crminals to have their way.You know,I wonder what forces were at work in the past,to make the SEC change the rules??Could it have been public outrage?Pressure applied to Congress??By who??So,sit back,cross your fingers, and hope ACMG can weather the storm.

It's not borderline illegal- it's a violation of section 17 of the Securities Act of 1934 and expressly illegal.

It's not just a problem for Alcar and cheap stocks since it takes place with NYSE stocks as well.

It's not something that will automatically cure itself if ACMG moves to an exchange. The SEC will not pay attention until someone lights a fire under them.

Naked shorting of ACMG is compounded by the problem that ACMG may or may not be for real. Until you take money off the table its all speculation.
