The merger is done and stock warrents will go out to the original shareholders of the old compnay by Wed. They received a 25% bonus for being patiient. These shares are restricted for 1 yr, so the can't dump them anytime soon.
Finanlcials are two weeks away.. have been in the auditers hands for two weeks and have been promised in 30 days.. ergo, two weeks they will be done.
Financials will be sent to the BB immediatly after, so in 90 days or less we will be listed on the BB.
PR's will not go out unless a store opens.. then other PR's will come out two days later with the "fluff". "financials, stock car pilot, etc"
No more conference calls for 8-10 weeks since all of the primary individuals will be on the raod. Questions will be able to be presented on the new website and answers will be posted publically unless it's something personel, then they will call you and answer it.
