agreed. crooks dont like hearing the letters sec let alone filing with them and bringing undue attention to their scam.

working through the sec is the ultimate sign. I bet many brokerages have sold us air shares. With everything being done through the SEC if there is a buyout those brokerages best buy the shares on the runup or pay us the full buyout price. naked shorts wont have a leg to stand on if everything is done through the SEC
