Bottom line is that MSEM and Wachholz entered into a settlement agreement around June 30, 2006, which I understand keeps the License Agreement in full force. Notwithstanding, terms of that agreement are confidental. As I posted yesterday (I think), a Stipulation for Dismissal was Entered in the Court on September 19, 2006.

For the life of me, I was quite surprised that MW has again appeared here bashing MSEM. I suspect he has appeared because he again claims that David "breached" some term(s) of the Agreement.

If that's what MW believes, under the terms of the Licensing Agreement if he can't resolve this dispute with David, he should
bring the issue into Arbitration - not to a message board.
