I don't care if he dumped shares, because that wouldn't provide any total dilution...just increase the float. This is really strange....no wonder he was so hesitant....but, now we have an attorney running the deal and is he well connected in the oil patch?
He sure has the connections in that brief resume.......maybe we got lucky and have a hot one here.
