The objective of any good PR piece is to accentuate the positives in this case SEMCO was part of an 82 million dollar construction job. Any good PR firm worth their salt would do exactly the same thing. The PR does go further to state SEMCO portion (241K) of the job. They are hiding nothing everything is above board.
Sekrha here is a lesson in business; utilize any and all methods to open doors for future sales. In this case PLNI has COMPLETED its part of an 82 million dollar project, as a shareholder I would be pissed if they did not try and leverage this contract to solicit more lucrative deals.
