I believe that they have a contract, and it makes sense that their circuit boards are being used in military equipment. But if you stop to think about it for a second the DoD doesn't buy printed circuit boards, it buys complete weapons systems.

So, whoever makes the helicopters (or whatever the contract was for) is the company with the DoD contract, and NXNO has a contract with that company. That's what it said in the PR. It wouldn't surprise me either if subcontractors weren't allowed to disclose what parts they were making for what system for security purposes. That's the best reason I can come up with for not specifying the DoD Supplier's name.

btw, first thing I did when I saw "DoD Contract" on the board was run to the website to see if NXNO was listed as a supplier. But that really doesn't make much sense since a circuit board is just part of a weapons system and the DoD doesn't do that kind of subcontracting as far as I know.
