Impossible to know without a current and accurate share structure. IMO those will be included an the AF's if and when those are released. At that point we can hazard a guess at pps, to do so now is premature and unproductive.
Discuss reasonable pps multiples while on the pinks - sure, but absent current and accurate share structure, hopeful and expected pps is wasted energy IMO.
If what is posted on CKYS website re: share structure is in line AND AF's materialize as you've surmised then the pps you tossed out would be within range IMO.
