Complaint to SEC about Turek's misleading statements has been sent.

The $82m interchange project.. The $80m in sales from AV-CB acquisition when the company has very little resources on hand.

The funny business needs to stop. SEC needs to give Turek and PLNI a timeout and they need to take a peek at his misleading press releases.
