They entered into the LOI at the end of Nov 2006, a week after Pocketop entered into theirs. That doesn't make it exactly a week after that we would hear, since they are two separate shells. Since it is coming up on four months and Robotics would supposedly be debt free like Pocketop, I imagine they are very close to completing whatever is necessary to make that happen. Just my guess.

Keep looking it will be their. They have to much time invested in bighub to start all over again.
