That's your opionion Investo, i see no evidence of Dilution. I think it's more likely folks are simply selling off due to giving up hope or being caught in the internet hype. I see lots of talking about Cornell selling when in fact it's hearsay at best unless someone posting is working for them? But that would likely be against the law, correct?
Cornell would know or have the ability to find out if the AgPro acquisition was really going to occur. If it was, it would be in their best interest to wait for those convertables. They may want them converted now, but they wouldn't sell them for .03 if they know for certain they will likely get .1 or better.
My thoughts and opionions anyway.
