H&S patterns require more than a few days to build up, although I look for them and other formations in data rich Intraday situations involving the 'Minute' charts sometimes.
This play is a giant stumble out of a starting gate, loosely organized by me into some sort of ascending channel where we try and see if it will stay. I appreciate where you get your analogy form, but in a few more days it will disappear into more swings due to the volatility of this play.
It will look more like a crazy cardiogramme than a head and shoulders formation.
Perhaps it will even stay within that channel I drew. Who knows...
