I think that is a lot of peoples question....
When I spoke to Larry Sanford this afternoon I asked him this question before? What is the O/S? he said 45 million.
I asked if he(ALRY) are selling more shares to raise capital? He replied "absolutely not" The last shares we sold, were to Terra Silex (Alfonso Knoll).
I have also done a search of AllEnergy's Corp Cert from Oklahoma. They are still only authorized for 500 mill still. With no pending amendment date of file(12 business day minimum filing term) from time they can amend it for more.
I am going to contact the Transfer Agent tomorrow to confirm O/S again.
This could be the beginning of a Beautiful $SHORT SQEEZZZZZZZZZ$$$$$$$
