Trying to figure it out. Went back to the start of this and it appears that the Address correlation between Amitelo (formerly ALOC) was the same as LSMJ (10151 university suite 120 orlando). I thought maybe it was a company that lent address's for public co's but nothing else appears to share the same address for suite 120.
Amitelo looks like a good company that lost is registration in 3/05 revoked by SEC. So could it be trying to get back public again in the US with LSMJ?
Called the phone number for LSMJ from there p/r last year, the answering recording says "LeasSmart Capital Corp" and list about 4 or 5 people's extension numbers. Is this still a public active company or an inactive company looking to sell the shell?
If there are a huge (hundreds of millions) short, then it could be covering but how would they know somethings happening? Around 12:00 the boards here lit up with LSMJ alerts as the volume came in and started the frenzy buying / flipping followed by a panic selloff when volume slowed around 1pm.
