Dan The bashers of SEVU are finally getting their way by frustrating the investors that believe in SEVU and its products. Bashers don't care about the company, it's products, investors or company personnel. They only want to make a quick buck no matter what they do to the stock or how many investors they screw. Penny stocks or Blue Chips, there are bashers in both places. Unfortunately the bottom of the bucket bashers and short term traders feed on the Penny Stocks because they can move them easier. Of course we also have the RAH Rah's that hype the stock, but they rarely attack individuals, unless provoked, and seem to be a little more civil. JMHO and still long believing in the products and hope we will eventually succeed. Tonyeight

Dan, try RB, it's much better... It's rightfully very difficult to support McBride these days, as he's clearly become such a Liability for SEVU and non-insider investors... After all, we also owe him the Class Action Suit and the current financial position of the company...

The correct description, accepted by McBride is 6 Years Probation for Felony Fraud... That it should have been a Civil case is BS, because the Police Officer's Affidavit clearly shows that McBride LIED to and DEFRAUDED his client... In fact, I believe he narrowly escaped JAIL, only because it was the first time he had been caught in the act...

Your Affiant confirmed that the T.V. stations listed in the "broadcast orders" never received the video of Vector's product and in turn never received orders for Vector's products. Vector's product was never sold on the 30 television stations contrary to Direct Media's "broadcast orders" and "product sales reports" as provided to Vector. The television stations listed in the "broadcast orders" never heard of Vector's product nor have they seen the video of Vector's product.

The contract between Direct Media and Vector took place in Treasure Island, Pinellas County Florida.

He had no better explanation to give, hence the no contest to the charges Plea... Still, the point is that McBride Modus Operandi STINKS and, coupled with his persistent violations of SEC Filing Rules (13D, Form 3 and 4, Rule 17(b)) and his proven Compulsive LYING, represents, in my view an accurate Reflection of the way he does Business...

In a Nutshell, the man shouldn't be Trusted under any circumstances and in my opinion, he's completely UNFIT to have a controlling Interest or say in SEVU...
