From what I hear, there are still billions. You are incorrect to assume there is nothing there. The issues are the auditor and how much dilution has occurred.

The auditor has a responsibility to use the correct estimate, if there is more than 1. The company has a responsibility to PR the correct estimate. So far only Parkin is guilty and we have no idea what Parkin gave the auditor a year ago. I heard 70% from a person that is politically connected in Russia. That is the number I use.
