I think that is the avg price on paper only .. no real $$$ attached to it.

it's not a placement of new shares. It's S-8. The .0013 was there because it was the price on March 5.

I think you have to understand how filings work.

YES .. PPS will go lower. They are likely to start selling those shares, if not already since March 5.

This is the time naked shorties will be partying while push price lower and lower.

However I don't see it drops below .0005 in the next 2 weeks. If so, it will go back.

If we see total volume of 3 billions starting from tomorrow, it's safe to say those 770 millions shares are out in the market.

Till then you will see the price comes down, it might have a bounce here and there but it will be just like BANY recently.
