I understand the structure here, but at some point revenues may surpass expenses I hope and then they could pay off the loans or re-finance them. I was hoping that after this reverse split, they wouldn't immediately have to dilute it back down to practically nothing, but they better put out some great news before price sinks back to .0003 level, or it may not be able to escape this time.

So yea, I agree with your post, currently not holding any shares here.
