Beemer, any insights from the show? Did you have a chance to speak in any detail with either of the Vowlers?

I spoke with both Jim and Bill... but the venue was more of a love fest for the fans of Unique Pizza, Fox TV and NASCAR then an opportunity to really sit and chat. I'll say this, PEOPLE LOVE THESE CARS AND DRIVERS!!! OMG I didn't realize it til I saw it with my own eyes people lining up to talk! If little Unique Pizza driver Brandon didn't get laid last night lol...
However in the limited time I had in this frenzie , I did speak and felt a REAL desire and commitment from Jims dad to "do the right thing" in this venture his boy has gotten himself into. Yes there seems to be loose ends coast to coast, unanswered questions all over the place, scheduling problems with CC's... but IMO I don't believe from talking to Bill that there is ANYTHING that is a hurdle to big for THIS MAN to "eventually" get over. He sees and is working on the here and now... the best he can.
... whereas his boy....... OMG! Listening to Jim is like "we're here... we're there... we're going to be opening this... and that... and call California... get going on this.. where's so in so get him started... we've got this.. we've got Michigan... look for this... look for that... IT'S LIKE A TORNADO OF ACTIVITY in his head... AND YET... IN MY HUMBLE OPINION... if you asked him what day it was he'd have to pause and think about it!!!! I think he is PRECISELY what you need as an entreprenuer... someone who sees the BIG picture... and DOESN'T see or get discouraged at all the little pitfalls and minutia right in front of his face.
Like I said... last night they were very busy... and I had my own "fish to fry" at the event... but I think they are very well suited not only as father son... but as business partners. I have more invested in this company then I really should... being sentimental towards it being hometown and all... but I feel fine... and much better after the "Unique love fest" of last night.
