Airys-if the financial records were properly maintained in Nevada, why go to the unnecessary step of an "internal" audit, and what makes you think a US auditor preparing SEC filings would accept Speigel's conclusions?

Bernard is not doing an Internal Audit.
An Internal Audit is something completely different.

Bernard, if he is retained, is doing the external audit work on the Canadian operations. He will then pass his work on the Cdn subsidiary to the US external auditor who will complete the consolidated audit and release ONE audit report on consolidated operations.

what is the importance of this?
the lumberyard hired an accountant to do year end paper work?
i dont understand why it is such a big deal?
management musr agree with me, hence NO pr stating the hiring.
