If your beliefs are correct, 1) that the PLNI corporate team discovered that earlier this week, and 2) that The BOD as introduced on the proxy statements will change, that would be a glaring example of flat out incompetance by the PLNI corporate team.
When were the proxy statements released? When did they discover this information that you say will change the make-up of the board? (you say earlier this week, correct?)
If it takes an outsider 10 minutes to find background of people and businesses mentioned in a PR, what kind of faith in the PLNI corporate team does that give you for them to not have known information about someone being nominated for their board?
Again, this is based on your statements of when they discovered this and what affect it would have on the board. It would be my opinion that they knew about this sooner, and the BOD nominations would not change, but obviously you are entitiled to your opinion - I'll wait to hear from Turek.
