We all should be smart enough to know about who owns the majority of the stock, and at what price. The answer is the society owns 2 billion shares, which are restricted, and are through PDR's valued at .04 per share. That means MT has a majority owner that has a pretty big loss and that owner has decided that it is cheaper to buy the rest of us out (even at .02) and they can then take full control of the companies cash and all future revenues. Doing the buyout also forces the naked shorts to cover, and will command a pss that will be much brighter to the majority owners investment at .04 per share. Just watch how high this thing goes! I like the .02 final buyout price, but probably we will see .035-.055 traded. Of course, those in above .02 will be loosers in my opinion.
