In my opinion, you are a bit narrow minded in focusing on what Turek states in a PR. Rather than try to decipher what Turek says, I suggested that you do your DD on the proposed acquisition target.
I did, and that is why I made the statement that the proposed acquisition target does not generate $80 million per year in revenue.

The iBox has provided you with a starting point to begin your DD. IMO it is not that difficult to go beyond that to find some truths.

Some suggestions to get you started.

Council minutes from the City of Boise.
The ADA County assessor.
State of Idaho Secretary of State.
The owner of CBC.
The portfolio properties of CBC.

Good luck, let me know when you get stuck.

Sekrah... Thats easy its no different that the statements Turek was making back in 2004 like this one!

Sales of plastic lumber are growing at over 40% per year, and the US market is expected to reach $1.5 billion by 2006

or this: 4. Wicklund is well situated to benefit from an upturn in transportation infrastructure spending provided by recent passage of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act of 2003. The signature of this bill, an improvement over 1998's $218 billion TEA-21, will authorize $275 billion in transportation spending over the next six years to maintain and repair the nation's aging transportation grid.
