Yea your right get that building built. Yep Im off to work with a pocket full of IOUs. I allways get paid just a little late. I had a boss years back and he didnt get paid for building a garage . He says he started a fire and watched it burn from a distance.

O.T. I would like to apologize for my behavior on this board yesterday. Seems as though a mountain of personal problems(wife in the hospital, small business problems with trying to collect $25K in past due receipts, newly diagnosed health problems with myself, primary customer I work for going out of business, down $30K on my investment in XKEM, etc.)has gotten me close to the edge.I shouldn't be taking out my frustrations on you people it was wrong and it will not happen again. I hope the best for all invested here, and appreciate all those who contribute daily to this board with their newly found DD. Have a nice weekend, I'll be signing off for a week or so,maybe we'll be closer to .03 when I return . Niczar.

drift'....well said. I don't think any of the $480,000 went towards Alembic. I think it went straight to paying some bills...specifically construction costs. Sure, construction has continued at a a slower pace, but Xechem hoped these loans would have funded months ago. I'm sure they convinced crews to keep working, which they did to some extent, but they are probably drawing the line. My bets are on payment to construction costs.

I guess the most important thing here is that the loan's bearing interest at 8%....no dilutive financing. It doesn't matter what they do with the money. The best part about this loan is it still proves Xechem doesn't want dilutive financing. I think that's what killed negotiations on the Alembic deal. The terms were too much to ask for...IMO!

Hey Drift... I think they just called on a buddy. These guys have financial ties all over the markets. I think a good thing. I think they know they are real close. I dont think Brauser would be throwing in 480,000$ on a lose/lose. And I am sure he is looking for more than 8%.... but thats not bad either.
