linkerboy, it's very surprising to me that they don't have a market cap of at least $20 million.

It has to be the uncertainty of dilution.

I believe they are recapitalizing the comapany. B/w all the prefferd stock being converted to common, sale of Biofrontera assets, unsecured creditors, they are making the company as attractive as possible for funding... that means "new" classes of "preffered".

Gabriel, Frudakis, and Gomez own b/w 2.5-3.5 million shares each. they have options for about 15-18 million each.
