i am going to call Mr. Daly as soon as I get a chance....

That is out of both sides of their mouths, unless he misspoke.

Offically, the only documents that the SEC as a whole put out in regards to EQBM for this suspension were the two i posted.

I do think Mr. Daly is inaccurate, unless he can provide official SEC documentation to contradict the SEC's earlier claim.

Dan with all due respect, I understand you say you feel for us and want to help. We got this covered more than you could ever know. If you happen to come up with something in addition to the current vein we are pursuing well then step up.

But if your going to continue to press your viewpoint without fully examining the facts you will continue to meet resistance.

This is a very strong group here, each and every one of us is proceeding as if our loot is already gone. You sir have lost 300$????? back off your podium, get with the cause and realize this is not about our money anymore this is a constitutional nightmare, as such you too should be on the bandwagon, hell every person involved in these markets worldwide needs to step up and cooperate
