Should be no reason to halt the stock prior to the 15th, since the meeting is scheduled for that date. Notice on the PR that MT also stated the financials WILL BE certified next week. Less than a half week to go. I would suggest picking up some shares before the last 30 minute run I expect.

Remember, there are some people with limit orders set already, so there will be some levels of entry here. I think .0029 is a big barrier and then again at .0032. After that is is going to leap very sporadically.

What are you talking about? Why a halt? Even if, for some unknown reason there WAS a halt, doesn't matter, the company will just buy out the shares. Absolutely no risk buying this stock as long as you believe their financial report showing all that cash in the bank.

Name one reason you made this up. There is not one reason this would ever be halted. You are just trying to bash so you can buy at a lower level since you have now missed the boat!!!
