I think the interview kind of stated that the higher the share price the less the impact of GGI would be.
Now people are unloading and the price is dropping, it is only damaging to the ones who want to get a big pop after they re-enter as June nears.

I also thought it seemed like Peacock was stating that the GGI structure would benefit FCCN shareholders, as the more Aero draws down on the CD the more percentage wise FCCN will own post merger.

So as I see it,Aero is presently barrowing money from us at FCCN. Whic should benefit us in the long run, as Aero will gat a smaller percentage of the FCCN shares.
