That's exactly it...as Spooz's treasurer, she needs to certify that the financial statements are complete and correct to the best of her knowledge and then the auditors complete the process by verifying and approving the financial statements.
Now for Spooz to use this disclosure for official uplisting, they will need to submit the audited financials instead to SEC...which according to Wing's information, should be available shortly. allie
