Ok.... they can do that but then they would have to exchange shares to make the price work. It would result in shares being issued in the new company at that company's value. Let's use the $3.00 as an example. With the .0023 close yesterday that would mean that I would get 1 share for every 1304 I own. 3.00/.0023 = 1304.34. Still has the same effect as an R/S... correct?
