you "prefer" we sit at this level?
I don't know where you come from, but where I come from, people invest their money because they want to see it grow. Not sit still.
And that has nothing to do with flipping.

Actually following the techs and charts allows longs to know when to place buys to take money from flippers and MMs. Also guages when we should buy in case of a pop!

no logic to what you say...The reason why people buy stocks is to see the price appreciate...Can see how any other motivation makes sense...

Techs are critical in your decision making process for both buying and selling whether you are a flipper or not. I'm going to both hold and accumulate and my interest lies in buying this stock at the most opportune times. Techs and fundys together help in those decisions.

Of course PRs, and any other announcements can trump techs in a heartbeat, but you must have some guidelines to go by. Timing is crucial in maximizing profits.

I'm sitting on 9 thru 16's. I've made it this far without selling any of them. The fundies are fun, thats why I watch them. I am enjoying the scenery, not flipping. No offense taken.

Remember everyone has a position, topics of specific conversations on fundies don't always imply that everyone is flipping because they weigh in on the day to day occasionally. Many of us like to see the day to day, then maybe offline for a number of days on other business, then come back a few days later and pitch in on the board.
