065/08 buy 20k @ 08 just went through...I'm watching to see if we can maintain that 08 base or we're going to move to an 07 base. I'm going over my notes here. I'm seeing the following leases were signed according to Bill V yesterday...

a) Boston/Dorchester Ave near JFK Library
b) Virginia 2nd lease signed
c) Milwaukee 2nd lease signed near Marquette sp? campus, first one is Brady St area
d) may have already signed Greenberg store

I think a and d are joint efforts with Bob Fidler. I know a is.

so if the leases are signed the next step is permits.....?
