GK, Just tried to place an order for RPTN over the internet with Scottrade and received a message that they would not accept internet oders for this stock and that I should call the local office, which I did. The local manager said that they had to verify the identity of all purchasers of RPTN because it had been placed on a watch list by a number of brokerage firms because of suspicious trading going on in this stock.
