Well, one possibility would be they can anticipate strong hands and those in the know would pick up these cheapies which will help everyone in the long run (or in about a month) AND the company can buy back shares at a discounted price as well.

Makes sense, but is playing with fire as well.

I will try to find the post. You also have to remember the 6 billion RESTRICTED shares they added the day it went over .0015. They will take opportunities to make up for that when people buy before good news takes place imo. I am in long and will not sell until above .01. I know they are going to get money for those shares on certain days. This is my theory though.
