Right on, bigworld.

I'm sitting on north of 900K shares and I've become very frustrated at the lack of momentum this stock has displayed.

My primary concern, like yours, is dilution of the stock by Malcolm's willingness to allow the SP to fall precipitously while relying on PPOs to finance operations.

As I've said before, it's time for Malcolm to bring in an experienced, aggressive CEO who will work to transition CYGX from a R&D startup to a profitable synDNA manufacturing company that does not rely on the SP for financing.

I caught up on the kanca and bigworld posts. I had a funny reaction to a line or two in bigworld's post giving me a slight hope that there is actually some big explanation for why silence has decended on Gotham Texas. But then I pinched myself. I do like gdepc's dream scenario that there is no need to break ground because we are moving the machines right into... Amgen's... facility (fill in the blank of whichever company you like). Kanca, I strongly agree that everybody is entitled to their opinion and entitled to express it. Furthermore, I think it serves a useful purpose.

Bigworld,

I think you probably hit the nail on the head with the dealing with the LW FV thing. We can't possibly know what the ramifications of that whistleblower filing with the SEC had on the company. Arny, have you determined anything on action by the SEC, if any? By employment contract the issue must go to an arbitrator agreed on by both partyies, I believe. Are we even at that point yet?

Not that I am making an excuse for MS for I am not happy with the SP status either, however, silence may be of the essence at this time of turmoil.
