Yeah, it all sucks so very much, this 'orderly market' they are s'pose to maintain with the NSS abilities. I'd sure like to know who the crooks were that instituted the the laws that provided for this rampant manipulation they are given license to.
They oughta be hung by their cajones`. And what's worse is, it is allowed to continue unchecked. That's the even bigger crime here. It's tacit consent to commit fraud...leastways, that's how I see the ability to sell things (shares) that don't exist.
IMO, NSS should be capped at 1% of the o/s, if it must be. That's all the MMs really need to 'maintain an orderly market'.
