FWIW, Barry was very tired (from last night's bash) and you could see this in the difference between his energy level on the MN1 interview and this conf call.. I also think they were pissed off that the second announcement couldn't be made BEFORE the conf call. It apparently was/is some kind of lawyering nitpick on language of the PR.. When I talked to MG about the timing, he seemed to indicate that whatever the PR is, we will be, and RLTR is much more impressed with the second announcement than the Lionsgate announcement.. However, MG didn't want to downplay the importance of Lionsgate, it really is a BIG deal. It is perfect for them..
But there is still a much bigger set of deals out there.
