"market cap" is the total dollar value of all outstanding shares. It is calculated by multiplying the number of shares outstanding by the current market price of one share. Since the share price has remaind relatively constant since 12/12/06 (.0004 +/- .0002), and since you allege that the dilution continues, are you saying that the market capitalization for Plasticon is increasing daily?
I believe what bartermania was saying was that the market cap is below the company valuation and thus the stock is undervalued. I agree.
What if they eliminate the dilution and reduce the shares and uplist?
If they accomplish this, I must assume the valuation will go up accordingly.
What if company has plans to deal with the shorts?
The time to short PLNI was long ago. Those shorting now in the .0002-.0004 range may get a rude awakening if PLNI announces positive news. Not worth the risk, imo, to short a .0003 stock.
