Ok....but there is STILL a net LOSS in the number of shares held by the institutions...so there may be tutes increasing (very few according to the published stuff, btw--), there are STILL more tute shares sold off and sold out, thatn there are buyers INTO the TKO stock.....unless of course, he is counting the short shares as increasing the numbers.....I had a stock last year that was 98% tute owned...the top tutes 'lent out; their shares as many as 9 times....now that would REALLY make the numbers higher---don;t ya think?
