You know nothing of how the merger came about or the mistakes that were made in it a long while back

and you most certainly seem to know nothing about the present situationist and the excellent future prospects here

I own shares as I know the future looks great

If you own shares why? as you bash them - just sell as no one makes you buy

if you do not own then what is your purpose here -
