I am thinking it would be money. If it were anything else he would have posted it in his blog as an intelligent retort. Of course, I could be wrong but that is how it looks to me.
I learned something about government projects a few years back. One will always get the right answers if one asks the right questions. Looking and listening only, will get one nothing more than the distraction they want one to see or hear. In order to get the right answers, one must first ask the right questions. Then, and only then, will one know the truth. You guys are asking the right questions.
You guys have knocked him out of his comfort zone by starting your own PR machine. In the past, it was easy for him to control the PR from NeoMedia. There wasn't much of it. What you guys are doing is on the verge of getting out of his control. It is like starting a wildfire. Once it gets out of control, no one will have any choice but to sit back and watch it burn. Be careful what you wish for in life, you might just get it. The key is wishing for the right thing. Think about it.
Keep up the good work guys/gals. You are very close to doing more good for this company than they are doing for themselves. (from a momentum perspective) Hopefully when your railroads meet, the tracks will be aligned. Those last few hundred feet have to be planned correctly or you stand the risk of passing each other in the night. JMHO,
