I believe DeepR is used for technical geological advice by MKGP. Heider is most likely in that vein since his corporate bio states that he consults.
Major differences:
A major difference also is that Maverick is the operator of record and many of its costs are covered by the 40MM credit line which Z2 got from Gas Rock for development of Bigfoot. That money is indirectly funneled into Maverick, and hence it is a huge leg up over Deeprock.
Another major difference is that Maverick is run by CPAs and Oilman and Deeprock from what I can determine has the oil men and the science.
The two companies know each other but are really very differently operated. Maverick has reduced its total debt by over 65% as of what I read in Dec and is in their information on Pink sheets.
I also think the financials of the two companys dramatically favor Maverick way over DR
I think the differences are many, and imo weighted heavily toward our investment. I looked at both back before I bought and Maverick really was a hands down choice. jmho
Scrutinize the financials and I think you will readily see what I am talking about. The information flow is part of things as you say and that is for sure, but there is much more, imo
