It is possible that this is only step 1. Step 2 may be INSM selling the whole show to TRCA, pending the outcome of data.
In essence, maybe INSM is betting the rest of the farm on data, and if it doesn't pan out, THEN they sell. No doubt, TRCA/DNA offered to take out INSM now, but INSM resisted until they compiled all of the additional data to come. Or, perhaps they are planning to sell, but are hoping the datasets will command a higher price. (Perhaps one should now purchase TRCA stock?)
