I have to take a simple approach to this..In Dec of 05 prior
to approval, INSM was a 2.50 stock. Always with the specter
of litigation hanging over it's head. Jump forward a little
over a year, and INSM now again has no approved drug, but also
no threat of a lawsuit, but the promise of many indications.
Tomorrow is a push easy..

Well you sure did! Maybe that was a seed planted in my old brain. Never thought M&A was a possibility and pretty sure that opinion was posted on yahoo months ago more than once. Always thought if a settlement was reached it would be beneficial to both based on the real strength of legal arguements. DNA/TRCA evidently had the strongest legal standing. I am just relieved it is finally over.

I have found that I generaly agree with your opinions. That is the ones I understand.

This has been one hell of a ride over the last year. Feel sorry for those in this longer than that. Amazing you have a stomach left or any nerves that are not frazzled.
