I had an order in for 1270 shares at $.22 didn't get fill.
I had to call Scottrade for them to place the order.
I ask why do I have to call for this stock? I was told that have a list of stocks, that they have to verify that the person buying the stock is who they say they are.
So in a sense this is good,I guess one just can't short the stock outright.
