I'm sure the lack of a strong rebound is partly due to this...
It's not good...But it's now fixed, and more than likely, the rest of the financials are correct...Revenues will in no way be affected...So the PPS drop will only lower the P/E ratio...It's not the end of the world...And I'm sure come March 19th, it will be furthest thing from anyone's mind....Once the beating is over, the rebound will be strong...

Nope. They have exactly the same debt, to the penny, that they had prior to this filing.

This filing is 100% clerical. I've had this discussion with numerous other stocks recently including RIMM.
