Because of ICTN's lower O/S of only 63 million compared to RLTR's 126 million, ICTN at a bare minimum should trade at half of what RLTR trades. At current levels ICTN is way undervalued based on the value of the RLTR shares by themself, not to mention Barry Henthorn(CEO of both RLTR and ICTN stated in an interview last year that ICTN is now a profitable company making $2-$5 million in Revenues yearly and has no plans to change the share structure which has remained the same for almost 3 years now at
