11 billion Authorized, not Outstanding.

11 billion authorized, 4.3 outstanding. We trade 4.3 billion but the float is likely half that, maybe a bit more. Lots of strong hand holding many shares. 11 billion o/s is not correct and has no effect on trading, unless they are dumping, but Co. said they are restricted under SEC rules.
